Thank you so much for fixing my ps3 and getting it back to me so quickly. Only problem now is rebuilding the 1000's of hours rebuilding my online gaming after Sony told me to format my ps3 b4 I sent it to you, as there said that formatting will mend the problem, and annoyed it took 20 hours to install GT5. Sony said 6 weeks if I sent it to them, I got mine back in 5 days from you. The tracking system and service is fantastic and already recomended you to friends with problems with ps3.
