We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround times. However, on some occasions our turnaround times can be extended due to a high level of repairs or parts availability.
We do offer a "Fast Track" service if you need your mobile repaired faster than the standard lead time. We have recently dedicated a team of engineers to service customers who require a Faster turnaround.
We can also repair laptop LCDs with no backlight or low backlight. We have inverters in stock and we also supply new bulbs if required. Our Laptop Lcd screen replacement is up to 60% cheaper than the original manufacturers and four times faster!
Power problems
If your laptop battery is faulty we can help diagnose the problem, we stock most batteries. We can also test your power supply to ensure it's working 100% correctly.
AC adapter socket / Power socket / Charging socket
We can repair the AC charging socket on almost all laptops. This usually gets broken when the plug is pulled out awkwardly.
Hard Disk problems
We stock hard disks for laptops and notebooks in various sizes. We can replace the hard disk on the spot in most cases.
Memory problems
We stock various configurations of memory, we can also test your exisiting memory chips to see if they have developed a fault. If they need replacing we can usually do this on the spot.
Software / Operating system problems
We can help fix problems with the Operating system (i.e. Windows XP, 2003, Vista etc), virus removal, spyware removal or just a general "health check" for your laptop - e.g. it's running slower than normal.
Password Removal
If you've forgotton your password for your PC, we can help. Just send proof of ownership and we'll remove any BIOS (boot) passwords. We can even remove Windows passwords in most cases.
DVD / CD / Floppy / Media Problems
Any problems with DVD ROM, DVD Writer, CD Reader / Writer, Floppy disk drive, USB ports - we can pretty much repair any Laptop or Notebook problem.
Laptop Upgrades
More RAM (memory), bigger hard disk -- no problem! Just send or bring your notebook or laptop to us and we'll do the rest. We can even install a new operating system if you want to move to Microsoft Vista.
